2. Applicability

These terms of service apply to all use of the website kredentorio.com and to all agreements between Kredentorio and clients for the provision of study support services. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Kredentorio reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Description of Services

Kredentorio provides informational and educational support services for parents of primary school children. Our services include:

• Guidance sessions on homework support approaches
• Explanations of learning methods used in Dutch primary education
• Advice on creating effective home study routines and environments
• Access to the digital learning platform with educational resources

All services are informational and educational in nature. Kredentorio does not provide tutoring directly to children, nor does it provide psychological, therapeutic, or diagnostic services. Our guidance is intended to support parents in their role — it does not replace the professional assessment of teachers, educational psychologists, or other specialists.

4. Session Bookings

Sessions can be requested via the booking form on our website, by email, or by phone. A booking is confirmed once Kredentorio sends a written confirmation. Session details including date, time, format (online or in-person), and any preparation notes will be included in the confirmation.

We ask that you provide accurate information when booking, including your child's year group and the subjects or situations you wish to discuss. This allows us to prepare relevant information for your session.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being charged in full. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.

6. Payment

Payment terms and pricing are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Invoices are issued after the session and are due within 14 days. Kredentorio is registered for VAT purposes; applicable VAT will be shown on invoices where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on kredentorio.com — including text, images, guides, and resources on the digital platform — is the intellectual property of Kredentorio unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Personal use for the purpose of supporting your child's learning at home is permitted.

8. Liability

Kredentorio provides guidance based on general knowledge of Dutch primary education and learning support approaches. We do not accept liability for outcomes related to your child's educational progress, school performance, or any decisions made based on information provided during sessions or through our website.

The information and guidance provided by Kredentorio is not a substitute for professional educational assessment. If you have concerns about your child's development or learning, we recommend consulting with your child's school or a qualified educational specialist.

Kredentorio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the session or service in question.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
